A former distinguished law firm COO with an impressive career spanning several decades, Jim is characterized by his significant leadership and management expertise. His great depth of experience covering all areas of law firm management was acquired as COO of four firms—WilmerHale, Fulbright & Jaworski, Crowell & Moring, and McKenna & Cuneo—and from his time as Chief of Practice Management & Development at Morgan Lewis. His keen insights and earned wisdom come from his rich background of experience and sophisticated understanding about how to be effective in a partnership.
